These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MicheleMaguire.com and any services offered by ReMinted LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as Medium Michele Maguire. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Offered

ReMinted LLC offers the following services through MicheleMaguire.com:

•  Triggers to Truth — 12-week private 1:1 coaching intensive

•  The Reaction Code — 6-week live group coaching program

•  Angel Guidance & Mediumship Readings — private intuitive sessions

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Coaching and mediumship services provided by ReMinted LLC are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial guidance. Michele Maguire is a certified trauma-informed relationship coach and practicing psychic medium, not a licensed therapist or medical professional. By engaging these services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.

3. Payment

All services must be paid in full (or per the agreed payment plan) prior to the commencement of services. We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. Payment plans, where offered, require all installments to be completed regardless of whether you choose to continue participating in the program.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize ReMinted LLC to charge the agreed installment amounts on the scheduled dates.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our full Cancellation & Refund Policy. All sales are final after the 3-day cancellation window has passed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MicheleMaguire.com, including written materials, workbooks, program content, and recordings, is the intellectual property of ReMinted LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written permission from ReMinted LLC.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching or mediumship sessions is kept strictly confidential by ReMinted LLC, except where disclosure is required by law. Group program participants are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of all other participants.

7. Results Disclaimer

ReMinted LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching or mediumship services. Results vary by individual and depend on your own commitment, effort, and circumstances. Testimonials shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReMinted LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, where ReMinted LLC is registered. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
